FOUNDER’S DAY CELEBRATION
There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone the light remains. New Green Field School, Saket celebrated Founder’s Day on 3rd October, 2022 with great enthusiasm. The day started by paying a floral tribute to our Founder chairperson, Shrimati Ved Kumari by our Respected Principal, Mrs Protima Prabhakar. It was followed by many fun-filled activities conducted in the classrooms like debate, poetry recitation, role-play and story writing. Every corner of the school vibrated with energy and enthusiasm.
The Foundation Stone of the school was laid on 11th April 1977, under the guidance of our Founder Chairperson –SHRIMATI VED KUMARI. Today, it boasts of a strength of over 3000 students, over 150 staff members and an alumni network of accomplished individuals. The NGFS SOCIETY now looks beyond, having completed a brilliant stretch of over 50 glorious years!
VED MA’AM, the school’s founder lives on in every student, every teacher, every member of this prestigious institution. Like many visionaries before her, she decided to start off on her own and create her own destiny, thereby directly or indirectly shaping the destinies of thousands of students and by extension citizens of our Country. The result – The birth of the NGFS FAMILY.
Our tribute to Ved ma’am exemplifies the continuation into the present day of the high standards of education that she established.
