WORKSHOP ON SYNERGY IN CLASSROOM
A one day workshop on ‘Synergy in Classroom’ was organized in our school auditorium. The workshop was conducted on 02nd July 2022 Saturday at NGFS Saket. The resource person was Ms. Anjali Singh, Ratna Sagar. Many teachers of our school attended the workshop.
The workshop was interactive, informative and entertaining. The workshop was really helpful personally and professionally both. It was one of the most enjoyable and informative sessions and a special thanks to our school for organising such a amazing seminar.
In current jargen, classroom is one which thrives on a cooperative use of power promotes security and enhances a students self-concept. Synergy is an important tool in the establishment of quality standards in school. It helps in isolating areas of weakness and opening the door to effective solutions.
The workshop provides insight into diverse topics and motivate students to explore new areas of interest. They are generally planes to accommodate a realtively small set of participants, encouraging individual attention to each students.
Synergy is not a magical component of any system. It needs to be well-planned and implantable. Also during the workshop many interactive activities were done along with subjects related stories to make students more involved in the subject.
Hence, the principal goal on the workshop, synergy in classroom is having no child left behind.
